Carmen and Jenson are excited to see how God works through this Bible study and are prayerful that it sparks something new in your spiritual journey.

Over the next four months, GUTS will be focusing on a new topic each month that will challenge and encourage you in both your faith and athletic journey. Each monthly topic will include a summary that introduces the theme, an athlete application that connects the topic to your experience in sports, questions for you to reflect on and answer, and a monthly challenge to help you put what you’re learning into action. At the end of each month, Carmen and Jenson will bring everyone together to discuss the topic and share what’s been learned. The journal space is there for you to write your answers, reflect on your thoughts, or practice the memory verse for the month.

While you are more than welcome to work through this Bible study alone, they strongly encourage you to find community to dive into this with. Whether it is one friend or a whole group—community and accountability are key to your spiritual growth.
